HISTORY

Back in the summer of 1999, a friendly group of bikers were out partaking in one of their usual activities, that being drinking at one of their many favorite bars.  This group of bikers are now fondly remembered as our "founding fathers".  At some point in time, in some un-remembered bar, one of the bikers thought it would be a great idea to continue their activities around a friends pool.  Apparently, it was a beautiful summer day.  A phone conversation occured at this point, the details being somewhat foggy.  Directions where given to the house with the swim pool and we only assume, free beer.   The street name was "Teakwood".  Unfortunately, given the state of inebriation, this was heard as "Dickweed".  Upon finally finding the right address, the topic of conversation became the confusion between a street named Teakwood and the search for Dickweed Street.  And so the story goes, out of this confusion, aided with the lubrication of free beer, the motorcycle club of the "Dickweeds" was formed.
